My Story
Every transformation has a unique path. My weight loss journey started as a mission to become my skinniest version, but over time I discovered the real conquer was becoming confident in my own skin.
Ultimately, I learned how to use food as fuel and discovered I was stronger than I ever thought. For me, it's not just about being fit, but about continually strengthening my mindset to apply what fitness has taught me to all aspects of my life.
